The money raised is for local charities and good causes, including East Cheshire Hospice. To date over £13,000 has been raised. A big change for 2015, new route, new feedstation. A bit more rolling than last year but a far far gentler affair than the Grueller. The new route takes in the some of the best of the rolling east Cheshire and North Staffordshire lanes.

We've a totally new route for 2015, more hills, more counties (Cheshire, Staffordshire and Derbyshire). There's very little filler, it's straight into the action, the stunning route encompassing narrow wooded valleys and high moorland. Only 65 miles but make no mistake this is a real challenge with over 7000 ft of climbing.

Entry fee £20 for the Grueller and the Bash, £8 for the Twenty, includes

  • Event start/finish facilities including toilets and free car parking
  • Start pack including rider number and energy products. sponsor form is attached to registration form
  • Full route signposting
  • Sag wagon support
  • Well stocked feed stations on routes
  • Finish bbq, real ale brewed locally and other refreshments
  • All proceeds to local charities including East Cheshire Hospice
